Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed on
weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
Delivery takes approximately 3 to 7 business days depending on your
location. Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping is complimentary on Canadian orders over $100. Orders below
this amount are charged a flat rate, calculated at checkout before you
pay.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes
or import fees charged on arrival. These are not included in the price
paid at checkout and are set by your local authorities.
TRACKING
A tracking link is emailed automatically as soon as your parcel ships.
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us
and we will trace it.
DELAYS
Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside
our control. We will always help you follow up on a delayed shipment.
