Shipping is complimentary on all Canadian orders over $150. Orders below that are charged a flat rate, calculated at checkout before you pay.

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery within Canada then takes approximately 3 to 7 business days depending on your location, with remote areas taking a little longer.

We ship across Canada and to the United States. US orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days, and US customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged on arrival. If you are ordering from anywhere else in the world, send us a message and we will arrange shipping for you.

Yes. A tracking link is emailed automatically as soon as your parcel ships.

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched we can usually amend or cancel it; once it has shipped it must be handled as a return.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval. Due to the nature of skincare, cosmetics and beauty devices, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we will resolve it. Damaged, defective and incorrect items are always our responsibility.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days after an approved return has been received and inspected.

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days, subject to approval, and you can then order the shade you want. To avoid a mismatch in the first place, get in touch for a shade recommendation before ordering.

Match to your jawline in natural daylight rather than your hand or wrist, which are often a different tone. Satin Finish Foundation runs from 100, the fairest shade, through 103 and 109 to 112, the deepest.

Choose the lighter shade for winter and the deeper one for summer, or buy both and mix. A foundation slightly too light is far easier to correct with bronzer than one that is too dark.

Blush Parkwood is the cooler, lighter tone and Blush Haddington is warmer and deeper. Bronzer 01 is the lighter shade and Bronzer 04 the deeper. If you are unsure, ask Rachel before ordering.

Yes. Every product at Beauty Edit by Rachel is vegan, cruelty-free and clean beauty. Nothing is tested on animals and no animal-derived ingredients are used anywhere in the range.

Cleanse first, then work from the lightest product to the richest: cleansing oil, serum, eye serum, then facial oil or moisturiser. Sunscreen is always the final step in the morning.

Apply facial oil as the final step at night, after your serums, to seal in hydration. Lumière Oil absorbs cleanly and can also be pressed over moisturiser in the morning for extra glow.

Yes. Apply the lighter eye serum first, let it absorb, then layer a richer cream on top if your under-eyes need more moisture.

Most people see results using red light therapy 3 to 5 times per week for 10 to 20 minutes per session. Consistency over several weeks matters more than daily use.
