Refund policy
RETURNS
Due to the nature of skincare, cosmetics and beauty devices, we are
unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, for
hygiene and safety reasons.
Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be
returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to approval.
To request a return, contact us at shop@beautyeditbyrachel.ca with your
order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior
approval cannot be accepted.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong
product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number
and photographs of the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full
refund.
REFUNDS
Once your approved return has been received and inspected, refunds are
processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due
to our error.

• Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
