What is a Beauty Edit?
A Beauty Edit is a guided session in which Rachel goes through your makeup with you — what you own, what you actually use, and what is quietly working against you. Together you decide what to keep, what to replace and what to let go of.
You then learn the techniques that suit your features, using products you already have wherever possible. It is part lesson, part consultation, and part decluttering — and most people leave with a shorter routine that looks noticeably better.

Rachel Shultz has spent more than two decades as a professional makeup artist, including owning a cosmetic boutique and running a certified makeup school in Montreal. She now works with clients in Toronto and across the GTA. She has taught makeup professionally for years — so a Beauty Edit is a proper lesson, not a sales pitch.
Rachel reviews the makeup you already own, identifies what to keep, replace or remove, then teaches you techniques suited to your features and skin. You leave with a shorter, clearer routine and know exactly how to recreate it yourself.
Start with the Express Makeup Edit (30 minutes, virtual, $75) if you want direction without commitment. Choose the Essential Edit (60 minutes, $195) to refine an existing routine, or the Signature Edit (90 minutes, $250) for the full experience including a reorganised makeup bag.
No. The whole point is to work with what you already own wherever possible. Rachel will only recommend something new if there is a genuine gap in your routine.
Yes. In-person sessions take place in Toronto and across the GTA, and the Express Makeup Edit runs over Zoom so you can book from anywhere in Canada or beyond.
